Carpet Stop provides carpet and vinyl flooring services. Customers report a very positive experience with the sales and customer service team, describing them as helpful, patient, and prompt with excellent communication. The team is noted for being reasonable with pricing, providing needed information without pressure, and making the selection process easy, including sending samples. They offer a large selection and the overall process from start to finish is described as quick and easy. Many customers are extremely pleased with their beautiful flooring, which is installed well and looks fantastic, leading to high recommendations for future needs.
However, experiences with the installation crews are inconsistent and sometimes very negative. While some installations go well, other customers report significant problems. Issues include damage to property like walls, doors, and woodwork during work, with repair resolutions that leave customers disappointed. More serious complaints cite installers showing zero communication or care, moving personal items improperly resulting in damage to appliances and plumbing fixtures, and leaving messes like brake fluid in driveways. These incidents have led to additional repair costs for the customer and feelings of being dismissed when problems are reported. One customer notes that while a manager later resolved their issues with genuine concern, they caution others to verify the installers specifically due to these experiences, which contrast sharply with the excellent customer service from the main team.
We ordered a few boxes of our LVP flooring to be replaced in our house. Carpet stop staff were super helpful with answering my questions, give me the best price I could find, and had the product in within a few days. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again in the future.
