“Tri-Supply truly stands out as a one-stop shop, and the experience is elevated even more by the people behind it. Our team works closely with Molly Preece on doors and molding and Janeen Sager on lighting, and the feedback across the board has been consistently positive
What really makes Tri-Supply special is how well their team understands the builder and designer workflow. From product knowledge to communication and follow-through, everything feels streamlined and intentional. It makes the process easier not just for us, but for our clients as well.
Beyond the impressive selection of millwork, lighting, appliances, doors, windows, and trim all under one roof, the service is thoughtful, thorough, and reliable. Tri-Supply feels less like a vendor and more like a true partner, and that consistency across their team is what keeps us coming back.”
“I've never had any issues with Jim's demeanor (per some of the other reviews) - he's always been pleasant to communicate with and very helpful. He's my go-to for Rubio Monocoat products. I've also purchased some Marmoleum for a project of mine.”
“I came in looking for firewood, after a failed attempt at Lowe’s! I walked over to the service counter and another associate was called to meet me over by the garden center doors. Sure enough I turn around and head that way and Mel is waiting for me! He walked me right over to the firewood and he even went and got a cart for me! He was so sweet and helpful.”
“My team frequently uses this location for work, multiple online orders and store pickups almost every day. I would like to give a quick shout to Jeff and his team at the at the order pickup/customer service counter. They are hands down the best out of all the Home Depot locations, always helpful and always willing to listen and give insight on projects. Even the gentleman who retrieves the carts outside always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. It’s positive attitudes like this that keep me coming back.

“As an interior designer, I value professionalism and expertise, and Chrissie Berkley delivered both! She was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, attentive, and made the process effortless. Highly recommended!”
“Impressed with the outstanding service I received from Rosalie today while I was in the paint section. Associates like her are exactly what great customer service should look like. While I was trying to figure out the best option for buying a gallon of Kilz, she approached me and explained everything clearly in just a couple of minutes.
Rosalie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend different products depending on the type of job, including indoor and outdoor painting. She also explained the quality and purpose of the products I was considering so I could make the best decision for my project.
In addition, she helped me select the right caulking for my bathroom project and even offered additional recommendations in case I planned to paint the area afterward. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out.
Associates like Rosalie make a big difference in the customer experience. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Thank you, Rosalie, for your excellent service—you truly represent what great customer service should be.”
“I always find what I need here, whether it’s tools for a new project or gardening supplies. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience much easier. Love the variety of products they offer!”
“Not many people came by to help, there was one employee, Shari, who went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. She was the only one that payed attention to us and got us exactly what we wanted. She deserves a promotion! Thank you so much Shari!”
“Everything you need for your home projects — all in one place!
The Home Depot in Austin is an absolute go-to for any home improvement project, big or small. The store is well-stocked with a massive selection of tools, materials, and supplies, and it's easy to find exactly what you need. The staff are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful — a quick question at the right aisle can save you hours of guesswork. Prices are competitive and the checkout process is smooth and quick. A reliable staple for any DIY enthusiast or professional contractor alike!”
“The rental center is a great feature of Home Depot that Lowe’s does not have. If you just need a expensive tool for a day or two, or even a few hours, this is the place to go. And then when the tools have enough wear and tear they sell them used at pretty good deals. They also rent trucks, large ladders, you name it.”
“Pedro is an absolute gem – exceptional employee!
I have to give a huge shout-out to Pedro at this Lowe's. He spent nearly an hour helping me choose the right flooring for my house – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get exactly what I needed. He walks the floor with such a friendly, professional attitude that I honestly thought he was the manager. Coming back for my landscaping project and will be asking for Pedro again without hesitation. This is what great customer service looks like!”
“I was in the store today and your employee at self-check out, her name is Morgin, and I found her to be so friendly and extra helpful!! Her attitude was very welcoming and eager to be helpful! I normally dread trips to Lowes but Morgin made my experience extra pleasant and I will happily return more often and I will explicitly seek her out..”

“Sam went completely above and beyond – the best Home Depot employee I've ever encountered!
I have to give a huge shout-out to Sam at this Home Depot location. He went completely out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed, walked me all the way to the register, and made absolutely sure I was fully taken care of before leaving. That kind of genuine, sincere helpfulness is so rare in retail today. Sam didn't have to do any of that – he just did it because that's who he is. This kind of exceptional customer service is why I'll keep coming back to this location!”

“I've been to this home depot a few times, especially for gardening tools and buying plants and soil for my backyard. It's as any Home Depot should be, with a wide range of selection and is well maintained. However the location can make it stressful due to the construction around the entrance and the heavy traffic. I also would prefer they had a better selection of perennial plants. For instance, they only had Spanish lavender rather than the tougher, longer lasting phenomenal lavender which would be more appropriate for Austin's climate. So if you're looking for a better variety of plants I would recommend visiting a local nursery. For home improvements this Home depot does the job. Staff was for the most part very helpful except for one employee who even refused to check in the system if they had the plant I was looking for in stock. I would also recommend they carry expanded shale for the clay soil here in Austin.”
“Ossian was very friendly ( y muy guapo ;-) and the best bartender experienced , he make me what we will call it a “Carolita” a Jamaica Mezcal Drink ,
Lovely, he like it and i did enjoy so much .
Thank you Ossian and co-workers to make my visit to Tak so inmemorable .
My best time it’s by myself and find new friends .
(NOTE: only when I’m not with my husband that i miss so much )”
“The staff are very helpful and always polite if you need help locating a specific item. My favorite section of the store is the garden center! Great selection of flowers, herbs, vegetables, etc.”
“The marble, beady eyes of the hammerhead shark plush pierced my soul. I was compelled by some force to pick it up. $4. A brief flash of logic- what are you going to do with this? Why spend your money on this child's toy? It's been 21 years since that shark bit you, let it go. Am I to let it go? The summer of hospital stays, learning to walk after weeks in the bed, the hobbling of my hops in basketball? But on the other foot, I had a fun fact about myself, and enough personal essay material from that fateful day to write dozens of different takes on the story from 2nd grade to college. No, I won't let it go. It's a part of me, even if it ripped off a part of me. I was bitten by a hammerhead, and I will own a plush of the animal now. The predatory fish is long gone by now, and some day all memory of that day will fade with me and those who know. But perhaps a great great grandchild will find the toy in an attic, ask their parents about it, hear the story. Maybe draw a picture of that kind stranger who carried me up the beach, or my sister using her shirt to staunch the bleeding. Perhaps they'd be in awe that a doctor saved my life and study medicine, or perhaps they'd vow vengeance for past wrongs and become a shark fin fisherman... Maybe the shark, too, passed a lesson down to its offspring- a taste for red meat.
Also got a nice TV stand for a good deal. 5/5.”
“We worked with Taryn on getting cabinet replacements and we had multiple times where the cabinet door was sent and it was the wrong size. She helped us get the right size after multiple attempts. She was such a help.”
