“Never thought I would Yelp any Company other than food, but we should! There are amazing interactions we have on a daily basis and the employee and their manager may not know how awesome the employee was the customer and how they made a difference in their day & life. So here goes. Background story, getting ready for a big party been visiting HD for several weeks now almost everyday getting something, returning buying more stuff. Today I needed some more paint and found a young guy named Connor in the isle. I explained my project and he literally spent almost 30 minutes with me!!!! He NEVER made me feel rushed or he needed to get back to work or had something other to do than help me. He was very experienced with paint and the effects and what you should and should NOT use for projects. I happened to have a photo of my project and showed him he the kind of color I was looking for and he went directly to a paint that purchased and used today. It color is AmAzing!!! I would have never picked this color out as I was going for a matte look, I'm so happy happy that I let him assist me on this project. I have always been timid asking for help in those places, because the last time I asked for assistance cutting trim board, the guy said Glenn could help me, he kept talking to me rude & ugly...I was trying to be so nice, He was hand sawing my board and cutting it all up ugly. I thought they used electric saws there. Now I have to find someone to help me smooth the edges, the reason I needed someone to assist. I even called the store and they told me anyone would be glad to assist in cutting the boards for me. I'm a girl I don't have cutting tools & how to cut 45 degree angles....so Glen then treated the lady behind me really nice...so see why it's important to shed light on the Angels of Home Depot!!! lol Thank you CONNOR - I can't wait to show you how my project turned out.”

“I am a frequent customer of this location and occasionally visit other HD stores as well. I was given the wrong pallet of concrete some time ago. It was a more expensive pallet of concrete by far and it seems simple to swap it with the correct one. Not so simple. Time of purchase was involved. Pallets involved. Receipts involved. Different credit card involved. Lots of people involved. What a headache! However, ANTONIA, understood and comprehended the situation today (8-23-23) when I brought it back. She both patiently and graciously followed the procedures. Her supervisor was there and this was just an inconvenience for her but she approved the transactions.ANTONIA solved all the problems, she jumped through hoops and she ultimately made the transactions happen smoothly, safely, and correctly! Totally professional and totally customer service oriented person! 10 STARS for ANTONIA! She is definitely the kind of employee who is focused on the customer as well as doing it correctly for the store!”

“Jonathan at ProSource is a treasure! He is fun to work with and has positive, calm energy. He has a great eye and sees texture and color in ways I wouldn't have thought about. He also doesn't push any of his ideas onto the customer; the second I said no to something, he would say "sounds good" and whisked it off the table to move on to other options. No explanation needed! It made me feel really comfortable being honest with him. Jonathan helped us stay in budget and even did some competitive pricing for things like our vanity with quartz countertop. I am so pleased!”

“Moving out of my apartment soon and needed some paint to cover some holes i filled in my walls. I was able to receive a paint match quickly and easily at the paint counter. The employee at the counter was super helpful. I did think that the color needed a little more blue so he told me that if after I painted, I still thought so that I could come back and he would add it for me. Great service and super helpful!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Harmon at this location on 2/5/24. My partner and I went to find a faucet to replace the existing one in our kitchen sink, which is quite an unenjoyable experience...or so I thought, until Harmon started to speak with us. He knew everything about which brands offered the best warranties, the details about the faucet models - this man knew everything there was to know. In addition, he told us about a clearance item in the back of the store that looked similar to one of the faucets we were looking at and brought it out for us. At a complete steal of $67 (originally almost $200), we walked out of the store as happy as clams with a faucet we loved, but even better, an above and beyond experience from Harmon!I'd also like to mention that we were in Lowe's for quite a while...four different people offered us assistance and Erika at the checkout was over-the-top with kindness and offering us a cart for all of our items.There are typically fewer things I dread than going into a home improvement store on a Monday night to buy something boring, like a faucet, but Harmon & team made me actually want to be there. So, big thanks!”

And I’ve found that managers will make things work out with you if you chat with them and explain. But I’m not kidding, sometimes I just find an excuse to go there solely bc everyone puts me in a good mood. I’ve donated, bought and donated back again. Also of course, you do find that deal, like really really awesome deal, especially if it’s very heavy. And they get them don’t worry just don’t hesitate bc it really won’t be there the next day.”
