We worked with The Carpet Stop team for a quick update of our upstairs carpeting. They were very reasonable with pricing, gave us the information we needed to make a decision on what carpeting/padding and did not pressure us in any direction. Working with their team to schedule installation was also very quick and easy. I would highly recommend them for any of your carpeting needs, and will certainly be back should we have any additional needs.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with my interactions with staff. The carpet I chose is beautiful and was installed well. However, a door that had been taken off was dropped and damaged a pass through in the hall. They offered to paint over the damage but not compensate me for the spackling and sanding that would be required to repair it properly. I am very disappointed with that outcome as the walls and woodwork had been recently painted.

Carpet Stop was recommended to us by our contractor. I am so glad he did. We were in the market for new carpet for our entire upstairs space. From start to finish it was a very positive experience. Our salesguy, Tim Swimmer, was helpful every step of the way. He made the process of choosing what we wanted very easy, and had samples of our top 3 choices sent to our house before noon the next day. They had a large selection available. Tim was so patient and extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. I would highly recommend Carpet Stop and will use them for future flooring needs.

Ryan and the Carpet Stop team were great! The house we bought was in desperate need of a de-carpeting, and Ryan was able to help us get new vinyl flooring installed in a jiff. The new floors look fantastic!

Updated..Matt from carpet stop reached out and was absolutely 100% genuine in his concern for our issues. He resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction and has insured us that the communication between the installers and customers will be improved..I am happy with the Cortex luxury plank floor we picked out. Our home is about 1422 square feet and we had the entire house done for a little over $13k. Tim and Ryan were easy to work with. HOWEVER, their installers are a totally different story! Zero communication or care for any items they moved in my home from them while doing install. They decided to park in my driveway and work on their broken brake line while parked there. Left nice puddles of brake fluid along with the empty brake fluid can they threw and left in my front yard. FYI..I have an electric vehicle so it was NOT already there. They attempted to scrub the top layer off the cement to fix it while we weee not home!!! They have come back and pressure washed twice which looks pretty good. I had my plumber come and remove all toilets and he was coming back to put them back in once job was done. Well, he came back and was very upset to fine the installers decided to install one of my toilets incorrectly and left major parts for it in the tub! That had to be removed and redone by my plumber at cost to me!!! Then they decided to move my new refrigerator by pulling on the doors and now the doors are out of alignment! I now have to call the manufacturer to have them come out and fix at my cost!!! We let them know what happened and they basically denied it and called us liars….?? I now have to pay for that cost..if my doors were broken I would have certainly had them fixed…It’s so very sad that a shop who had great customer service is getting a low review because of the installers!!!! I would not only never use them again but would run as fast as I could the other way due to the installers! Please make sure when you are having floors done, VERIFY THE INSTALLERS!!! I certainly expected more for a $13k job!!!!!!!

I have updated my review as Matt has been absolutely 100% genuine. He had corrected all our issues with the installers and has insured us that communication between customers and the installers will be improved.

Ryan Boone kept us from making significant mistakes last week. First, we learned that indoor-outdoor carpet is glued down and would not work on the stairs connecting our living area to our garage. Second, he demonstrated how the light in the showroom would make our first choice of carpet appear be a lighter shade than we wanted. We were delighted with the price we paid for the carpet and our lesson was free!

We chose the Carpet Stop upon a family member's recommendation and we are so happy we did as our 22 year old house now looks brand new. Every square inch of two story house's flooring was replaced with Shaw flooring which included four bathrooms. The only parts of our house not covered in the Shaw flooring was the staircase and closet underneath the staircase which was carpeted also by the Carpet Shop. Everything everywhere looks great and we really appreciate Matt, Patrick and Mr. Garcias install team for all the great work in making our house beautiful!

Locally owned and operated with a huge selection, much bigger than your big box store and service like you have never had. They treat you with respect and won't try to up sell you to something you don't need. They listen and help make recommendations to be sure you get the floors you want and will love. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Great people, great pricing, great products. I recently got my carpet changed to Vinyl. I worked with Patrick at Carpet Stop. Really enjoyed the experience. Very helpful and stress-free. The installers were wonderful too. Did a great job and finished in 2 days. Love the new floors!
