“My girlfriend and I brought in our hand woven 100% cotton rug about 2 weeks ago and got it back today! I’m sure it would’ve take a little less time but we brought it in the day before the most recent ice storm. We were almost certain that our rugs fibers were bleached and that they wouldn’t be able to get a couple of the stains out. BUT THEY DID!! We are super happy with how it came out, looks brand new! The team there is super friendly and very knowledgeable! They even took the rug out of our car and put it back in when we picked it up! All in all, these people are fantastic to work with and know what they’re doing and would highly recommend!”

“Neat shop with a variety of high quality floorings. We replaced our laminate flooring with LVP & tile, and Garrett and his team were able to do the job very quickly. LVP installation was great and tile installation was okay. They left a noticeable gap with concrete exposed along the wall in the bathroom and the tiles feel a bit uneven. The trim they installed was also very scratched and dirty - not sure if this is normal, but I wasn't expecting it. Overall happy with the service though, the tile & LVP look great.”

“Great experience! Tim was very knowledgeable...answered all our questions and was very patient as we changed our minds a few times. We refloored our entire home...replaced the tile, carpets, baseboards and redid our stairs. Tim got us a great deal on engineered hardwood which we absolutely love! The install crew was phenomenal! Moved furniture...covered everything in plastic...added felt pads to the furniture so it wouldn't scratch the new floor! They were very conscientious and always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Carpets By Conrad.”

“David, Cheryl, and Paco the mechanic are the best team I've ever seen in my 16 years in the carpet cleaning business. The store itself is ALWAYS keep perfect and rotated. I've noticed products I never even realized they sell because they are constantly putting in the extra work to change the floor setup. They always always always go the extra mile and locate a product I need or even in the back. The are the exact opposite of lazy as they are constantly doing something. Constantly. They are extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and have recommended to me winner products time and time again and I get stuck in my ways and it helps because thank God I listened. The only ever person I've ever come across in this industry is Mason. He's an industry celebrity by now,but another golden person I was blessed to work with. Anyway if you need help in the carpet cleaning industry, then the Austin Aramsco Interlink is by far the best place to go in Central Texas. Lastly they are extremely professional, but you'll pick that up immediately after talking to them. I highly recommend ?”
