Champs Sports provides excellent customer service, with friendly, patient, and helpful employees. The staff is pleasant and willing to help out, even offering to order items from online. They go above and beyond to resolve issues, such as handling exchanges and reprinting receipts. The store has a great selection of shoes, including several models on discount, though some items can be pricier. While the store can sometimes be disorganized, the overall experience is positive, with caring staff who create great customer experiences that make people come back. It is a recommended stop for those on a shoe hunt.
We have been coming to this location for years, every time we shop here we receive excellent customer service. All employees are always ready to help, so nice and patient. We live in Kyle and make the trip to this location because we know we will get the best customer service!

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out. The shoes tend to be on the pricier side, however, there tend to be several models that are on discount. Would definitely recommend stopping by when on the shoe hunt.
