Araceli was amazing! Went in to open a second bank account and she said all her bankers were booked so she called around and got us another appointment at a different location. Saved us so much headache thank you! :)

I cannot give this branch enough stars. Sima, relying on her gut instinct and quick thinking, went above and beyond in a situation that could have been disastrous for me. She treated my account as if it were her own which is not something you see very often in our increasingly automated world. Thank you, Sima!
