Tingting Liang at this Chase branch is exceptionally kind and considerate. Her Korean skills are really great, and she patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. She also helped me quickly and professionally with various tasks, including opening a bank account, adding my SSN, and applying for a credit card. In addition, she even recommended some great restaurants around Austin! Thanks to Tingting, my impression of Chase Bank has become even more positive.

I opened a checking account with the assistance of Tingting Liang, to use while I'm at UT Austin as an exchange student. Her service was exceptional and she was very generous with her time in ensuring I was completely aware of everything such as how to use the app, transfer funds and spend easily. She was very personable and interested, she made my morning!

I opened a credit card at the Chase branch on Guadalupe, and Tingting was absolutely wonderful in helping me through the entire process. Since it was my very first credit card in the U.S., I had many questions, but she guided me patiently and clearly at every step. On top of that, her Korean is excellent, which made me feel even more comfortable and supported!

Hey. Awesome. We love that you’re a valued customer of Chase bank… but bathrooms are for employees only…. That’s how much we care about you. Your monies good, but you’re NOT good enough to use our bathroom…. Based on principality alone I’m switching to another bank lol. Dealt with so much bs with Chase bank, but that summed it all up…

I just got done working with Justin Moore and I am so appreciative of the time and effort he put in. An oddly frustrating situation had him calling different numbers over and over for almost an hour and he was determined to solve the problem. I don’t expect anyone to take the amount of time we did today to fix something that isn’t emergent, so I’m really grateful for the opportunity to work with him and would 10/10 recommend my experience with this location in general.
