Oh my goodness yall, Gianna was so tentative and patient with me while I was looking for the perfect new birthday purse! The customer service here was top tier, everyone was so friendly and they made my indecisiveness feel normal. Will be coming back to this location!

I called to ask about the availability of a Coachtopia bag. Unfortunately this store didn’t have it, but the associate helping me over the phone helped me find another store that would be able to ship it to me.
