“Had accidental liquid damage in my bag wherein water got into two ports, and ruined 20% of the screen entirely. I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.”

Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch”

“This place is crazy busy, especially at this time of year. I went in with basically a question and got more of an answer than I expected. Have some Airpod Pro 2 earbuds about 5 years old, one of which went through a laundry cycle. They did a diagnostic test in them and found that both buds had unrepairable noise/static in them and, even at their offer of replacements, it would be less expensive to get new ones. Maybe I will also look to buy the Apple extended warranty and then replacements will be way less expensive.”
