I stopped by the store to look at a problem with my laptop. I was unaware that they generally serve UT students and staff. That being said Elizabeth patiently helped me for 45 minutes to discover the laptop merely needed updates. Elizabeth was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. 5 stars for her service.
