From the moment I checked in, and the nurse everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My wait was less than 5 mins. I would definitely go back again if needed.

This was my first time having physical therapy there. And Jacob is incredibly talented , nice ,polite, kind and knows his stuff; Jacob is very very knowledgeable, respectful and looks good 👍🏽.🤩.
Now from the front desk to the Dr’s and everyone that works there is polite, nice, kinds beautiful and respectful. Thank you team for making it comfortable for us!!🥳🙏🏽😁.

Don’t even call them at first they will sigh into the phone as if you got on their nerves with just one call, and then they will yell at you when you ask questions, simply because they are too lazy to answer, they don’t want to do their job!!!!

Dr. Mansfeld is excellent and truly cares for his patients. A discerning physician who is focused on achieving the best possible medical outcomes for his patients who have been seriously injured. I've encountered and worked with many doctors and he advocates for those who are vulnerable and treats everyone with dignity.
Front desk staff and management need better training with customer service and active listening skills, such as waiting for someone calling in to finish their sentence and not be cut off multiple times. Lack of common courtesy with a dismissive and disrespectful tone.
Management was quick to side with other co-workers without having witnessed the conversation. This poor customer service is becoming more common place with front desk staff in clinics everywhere- more so for underserved and low-income populations. In fairness to the manager however, she admitted to her shortcomings and a sincere apology was offered.
Don't be afraid to push back if you feel disrespected as a patient or family member. Compassion and professionalism should be standard in healthcare- even in non-licensed personnel.

Even though I had an appointment, it was still a 40 minute wait for a very short appointment/check (this had not happened at the other Concentra locations involved in my treatment). Other than the wait, the staff was friendly.
