This costco's inventory is pretty terrible. They barely carry any indian pakistani groceries like Royal Basmati Rice or red lentils (masoor daal). We were looking for the mini quiches, they did not exist. Bought flowers. They died overnight. Did not even last to the next day!! Disappointing costco.

Had a disgusting experience today around 12:00pm. One of one of the managers (unsure of name. Grey shirt and bald with glasses) had made fun of my partner for them simply expressing why they like a product and how it works. It was beyond unprofessional and appalling to see someone who is in a position of power go back to his team for a couple of pity laughs. Check your ego at the door, and pick up a book on comedy because whatever that was, wasn’t it.

Been coming for years. The holiday season cranberry walnut bread is outstanding. For the record, I do not hate on the new rotisserie chicken packaging. It's actually less to recycle and not as messy.

Had a blowout on the side of the road in front of the store on side of research boulevard. I walked to Costco tire center, the gentleman at the register was more than willing to help the. The supervisor walked in and after explaining the issue told me that they wouldn't be able to help me without a 65$ membership. What happened to help thy neighbor? Have we become so out of touch with reality! Costco i was actually going to get a membership but not now.oh and when I went to pay for one THEY DONT TAKE MASTERCARD! So I'll keep walking till I find a real company with some compassion. I wasn't asking for nothing for free just a little help don't go to Costco for that

This is regarding the tire center and not the Costco as a whole:
The tire center here is probably one of the worst ones I've been to from not just any Costco but any tire-related experience.
I had a set appointment to have one tire looked at since I suspected it had a nail. All I wanted was for it to be patched and for the tires to be rotated. Two very simple and easy tasks that are offered. It took them 4 hours for them to have my car ready and they did not even rotate the tires.
They are extremely difficult to reach. I called multiple times to make the appointment and got no response from anyone.
The employees do not know tires whatsoever, they are not communicative at all, they are slow at their job, and no one is ever at the desk. You have to wait 15-20 minutes or try to find someone in the garage and attempt to get their attention.

Today, I visited your Austin store intending to do some shopping. Typically, my wife and I shop together, but on this occasion, I was on my own. Upon arrival, I realized I didn’t have my membership card, so I headed to customer service for assistance. However, I was turned away and told that I could “get all of my membership information online.”
I don’t have a login for your system—my wife does. Since she wasn’t with me, I attempted to create my own login and pair it with our membership ID. The website accepted my input but failed to provide a digital membership card or any means to enter the store. Frustrated, I had to call my wife to retrieve her login credentials and access the app.
When I returned to the entrance with the digital ID, the staff member managing membership access took matters to an unacceptable level. Upon noticing my wife’s picture on the digital card, I was loudly and publicly told I could not shop using those credentials. I calmly explained that I am on the account, that I had attempted to create my own ID, and that I was unsuccessful. Once again, I was told—in a loud and dismissive tone—that I needed to “fix it online.” The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile and humiliating, leaving me no choice but to leave the store.
This experience was beyond disappointing. Your staff made me feel foolish and even criminal for simply trying to shop as a paying member of your billion-dollar company. Moreover, the inability to address basic membership issues and the lack of customer support is inexcusable.
Today will be the last time I set foot in a Costco. You have not only failed to provide basic assistance but also treated me in a way that was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I urge you to review your membership policies, train your staff on customer service, and ensure your online system is functional. No customer should have to endure what I experienced today.

The Costco in Austin, TX, is crazy busy on weekends. The self-checkout line is a football field long☹️. Why do they not introduce scan-and-go technology on a trial basis like they have in SAM’S Club?

Great place to shop. However, should you need to speak with the admin staff— go in. They do not answer the phone. Very inconvenient for those who live far from this location. It shouldn’t even be an option when you dial since they don’t answer.
