I arrived at Costco without my card. I met Louis at the front desk and asked if I could center. He spent considerable time installing the Costco app on my phone. We have been members for 20 years and the service has always been good, but it never surpassed what Louis did!

Of all the Costcos Ive been around the country this one is the 'dive' Costco. Always a mess and ridiculously crowded nearly all the time. Seems smaller than many locations.
More insanity, Costco has 2 locations in Austin and needs probably 6 in the metro and near areas.

This is my favorite place in the world, but only during Executive only hours. Whoever thought that one up is a marketing genius for it's hell on earth since it's just too busy outside those hours 😂😂
