I normally shop at the William Canon location but was in the area near Research Blvd location. I shopped on Friday 08Mar early afternoon; store was unusually busy. I was not able to find the Home&Body Hand Soap in the store. When I checked out I asked about the soap. I was directed to the customer service desk. The Costco rep was able to find the soap and brought it to me. They told me, however, that even though I had completed my shopping and already waited in line once to pay for my purchases none of the Costco reps would help me pay for the soap. I was told that I need to go back into the store and wait in line again to pay for the soap. I'm an exec member and have been a Costco member for decades. Not sure what happened to customer service. There were several registers and people available that would have afforded me the opportunity to pay for the soap. Will try not to return to this location. Hopefully not indicative of a decline in Costco customer support. Sad. Too bad.

This Costco location has more plants (tree saplings) than the South Austin store. It also stocks more Indian food varieties including organic dal (lentils) and sona masoori rice, usually by Khazana brand. Checkout lines are long, especially during the weekend.

The area is extremely congested, but there's always great products. I wish the line wasn't so long being that people were waiting from the back of the store. I think the employees are flustered because it's always busy. I wish there was better organization.

What happened to the level of customer service here? You can tell the employees are unhappy. Been going to this location for years and the last two times I shopped there (and spend hundreds of dollars each time) I've been treated badly. One experience I'll never forget was when I asked the cashier how much this particular water was because there wasn't a price posted and the guy helping her said "I bet I can go back there and find the price tag right now" basically calling me stupid. Plus last time I went they didn't have ANYTHING I needed because they don't carry the products anymore...It's starting to become worthless to be a member anymore. I'll take my chances with H‑E‑B, at least I know I won't be treated horribly and called stupid.

This is a great place to shop. The parking is hard to find one during the peak hours and weekend. The checkout lane is also very long during peak hours and weekends. The lines are difficult to form. At times, it is difficult to get to further shorter line, because it's blocked by other lines. I wish there is just one line, and the next open cashier can serve the next person. This is because there were a few times I was in a line where the cashier is dealing with issues and I was stuck in the current line, as soon as I moved to the other line the line started moving.I am not sure how Costco can fix this, as I can see it's difficult for them to have one single line where shoppers have big cart or items.I still enjoy shopping in Costco, just have to deal with the parking and checkout.

We were trying to compare the Costco at Cedar Park with the one in Austin. Both have similar offerings but the Austin Costco had several long sleeve shirts which were not available at the Cedar Park location. The layout is exactly opposite between the two. It is easier to get gas at the Cedar Park location. The associates at the Austin location were more outgoing and friendlier.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Costco! The freshness of their products is unparalleled – always top-notch quality. But what truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service. Every visit feels like a delight thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Costco is my go-to for freshness and incredible service!
