Alejandro was prompt and knowledgeable about everything when we came to rent our parking spot at the first of this month and very professional, helpful, and mostly patient while showing us several units when we came in yesterday to reserve our storage unit for this upcoming month. Alejandro at CubeSmart on I35 frontage road in Austin, Tx. helped me yesterday with several issues. Alejandro set up automatic payments on my cell phone, set up ability to enter premises with cell phone instead of entering codes on key entry box and helped me reset my password, all minutes before closing time at 6pm. Despite being closing time, he remained patient with me, went above and beyond in helping me to better and more easily maintain my rental account with CubeSmart. I’m glad Alejandro works at CubeSmart I rent at. Thank you, Alejandro!

The move out was great with time to ensure things got done and unit got cleaned. Only flaw was that someone broke some glass outside that affected my unit and caused shards of glass and dried out dryrot from rate due to exposure to outside to eventually weep into my unit. Manager handled it great so I was not too annoyed.
