I stopped in to get some help with identifying the cause of my sound not connecting. As a courtesy, Derek did some basic troubleshooting and changed the fuses for me. Derek and team helped us with installing a Hertz CBA 250 in my son’s 2025 Chevy Equinox. Initially there were some challenges with startup sound even after disabling ANC.
