I am definitely coming back to this CVS!!!! The manager who was working there helped me a lot. I was having a rough day and I couldn't find what I needed in multiple CVS once I got to this CVS I had accepted defeat but the manager named Esmeralda calmed me down and helped me find everything I needed. I'm very thankful for her and hope this CVS is ready to see me more often.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy team I've ever met. This happened at the store located at 2101 S. Lamar Blvd. (1430). I do not recommend this store to anyone. They kept us waiting, especially my mother who is elderly and needed to get 3 vaccination shots, for a 3:30 p.m. appointment, and only addressed any concerns we had with dismissive comments and laughter. A specific, I pretty this person was a pharmacy technician, named Abby turned to me and literally blamed me for my frustration and trying to attempt to alleviate the situation. My mother was dismissed. I wasn't even talking to her. I wanted my answer so I could find an alternative to the already bad customer service I had already received. She made it all about her. I yelled to notify the pharmacy that we had been waiting for a long time. One employee, name Abby, consistently butted in by saying "I don't why she's looking at me," "I didn't say anything to her," she turned her face to other customers asking them what they thought. She told me that "[she] didn't think I should be speaking at all or like anything to HER, specifically." I was speaking generally, and I didn't pinpoint anyone. The Ops Manager is Hal. I would like this situation addressed possibly escalated to a higher authority in the company because this was a very rude pharmacy team. The pharmacist who vaccinated my mom didn't address anything. She heard everything. She literally said "I don't know what that was about. I didn't hear anything." She was 2 ft. away. Please do not go to this pharmacy location.

This place is huge, clean, the isles are kept tidy. This place serves a ton of people, and the staff is really friendly. Not sure why the negative comments.

If I could give this place, zero stars or negative stars I would. Who closes the pharmacy at 1:30 PM on a Friday afternoon? There’s no way to staff it for at least pick ups? This is ridiculous. Embarrassing.

I know dealing with pharmacies can be challenging for a variety of reasons. I am so impressed by the kindness, patience and follow-through that I have experienced at this pharmacy. The other day one of the pharmacists, Drew, called me back about a prescription he had to check on, and I appreciate him going the extra mile! I just got off the phone with Hugo and he couldn’t have been more patient, kind and informative! Just really great service!! Keep up the excellent work, y’all! Yay for Drew and Hugo!!

This store needs to be put out of its misery and close. There is almost never any product in stock, the pharmacy is horribly understaffed; I’ve had meds that needed refilling and they kept pushing back when I could pick it up more and more till I transferred my meds from this pharmacy. Will no longer give my business to CVS or Walgreens, these 2 big box stores are horrible in every respect, they clearly put their profits before customer and employee well being. They and every other national retailer should pay dearly for this poor operating miscalculation.

We had a great experience at this pharmacy. When we realized our appointment was made at the wrong pharmacy, the pharmacist changed our appointment for us and squeezed us in. Very friendly team working here!

DO NOT use this CVS. They are not stocked. They are so busy they don't give you complete information and waste your time and your doctors time recalling in prescriptions. They cannot confirm when medication will arrive that's ordered. They have sunk to a level so low it is shocking and it's dangerous. My husband waited 10 days for a medication he ran out of today, we had to go there, found out it's still "on order" so we had to have it transferred to a different CVS that had it in stock. Why didn't they do that? Or, when I physically went there two days ago, they could have told me it might be best to transfer it but said it might come in at noon. No.

Was in the middle of doing a shop and pay order for Uber while I had some disgusting lady who work there accused me of being a thief and lie on camera is saying that a customer saw me " stuffing things into my bag" and yet they had no customer to produce that and the only other person in the store at the time was another guy doing a shop and pay order who I was talking to she didn't realize she's been videotaped the whole time I've given the management adequate time to view the video get back to me and refuse to provide any sort of rectification so I've now gone to corporate over it I'm not usually a petty person like that but you ain't going to call me a thief and try to cost me my job since I couldn't complete that order it already cost me $42 as it is so I'll go ahead and I'll post this here and let everybody know how they treat their customers who are trying to work and earn a living.... just make sure you keep an eye out for this lady when you're shopping cuz she's going to discriminate against you and it's not the first time I've seen her do that accusing a black couple of stealing the same day I was there literally told them to go through my bag and see if I stopped anything in my bag they did the same thing when they were getting accused and all of a sudden her tune changed real quick both times that she realized she was being recorded.
