“I primarily shop at HEB, and Walmart currently for alot of my grocery shopping, but when i just need a few small things i dip in here to check out what they have cause i know the lines won't take as long, and sometimes i get the large angel soft toilet paper from here cause it is cheap, or convenient. They have a lot of healtg, and beauty items that are often enticimg as well.”

“Dollar General ,on Riverside ,just past Montopolis . I go there a lot . I usually find what Im looking for. Most of the staff , are kind and friendly . However , I don't know if they still have that black female manager , she always acted like she was mad at the world. Just bad mood. Sometime ,you are going to enounter a very long line ,just trying to check out. They don't seem to care., if its ,5,6,7 people trying to check out. It appears they could use a new manager. Parking is ok , wheel chair accessible and all. Its just need upgrade with management.”

“I like that this store is listed as a department store. I haven't done enough price comparison to find out if Dollar General has lower prices so I basically go to the one that is easier for me to access based on the traffic and what side of the street I'm on. Sometimes I wonder if the stuff that is worth a damn is actually standard grocery store price but what the hell. The most terrible thing about this store is that they have those big long metal things sticking out of the top of the grocery carts. First, those things make me feel like I'm pushing a bumper car around the store. Second, it is both embarrassing and frustrating to attempt leaving the store when the metal pole catches on the top of the door. I suppose that is the price you have to pay for really low prices in an area where a shopping cart is a potential home on the street. I think they have more than one register but they only ever have one open. If they had an extra employee they could double as a cashier/cart lackey.”
