“I've been in many Dollar Generals, this one over in Cherry Creek Plaza/Marta Mgr., I was impressed. The cleanest and most organized store. Everything and every row were straight and product all in perfect rows. The isles were wider than most and the gentleman up front manning the register was kind and polite! Great job Marta and great employees for having the store so presentable.”

“The best Dollar Tree around the area. I don't shop here often, but I occasionally stop in for stuff for work. Clean, organized, and doesn't have boxes piled all over the floors and in the aisles. Only complaint really is that there is usually only one cashier, so the lines can get a little long sometimes. Either way, I'd rather spend 15 minutes in line here, than step foot in the Balcones shopping center location ever again.”

The staff do a genuinely good job with what they have and always manage to keep things moving. A convenient and affordable one-stop shop in North Austin for everyday essentials at great prices. Open from 8am every day which is very convenient!”
“This is one of the cleanest DGs in the area. 1 star taken off just because my parked car got hit by some girl backing up at the store's parking lot. She apologized and let me take a picture of her driver's license and insurance card. Certainly not the store's fault, but that single incident will make me hesitate to visit the store next time.”

SO well organized. No need to rifle through deodorant or make-up, she sorted it like a boss. River’s manning the register and keeping the line flowing with a great attitude and fantastic memory; can’t believe he remembered what I actually came in for. I regular visit the Dollar General store managed by Selma ( I believe that is her name - anyway I call Ms Manager (7 years strong ?? with DG) . I wanted to write this review to show some appreciation.
MsManager leadership shines through in every aspect of the store, from the friendly staff to the well-organized aisles.
The moment I walked in, I am always welcomed by the warm atmosphere and helpful employees. Gives you good vibes shopping in your zip code. MsManager herself took the time to ensure I found everything I needed and that the items I selected were the right price. Always greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcoming voice. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and it truly sets this Dollar General (Riverside drive- Austin 78741 )apart from others.”

“Love this dollar tree and it's employees, I just started going to this dollar tree not to long ago and they never fail me, store has great inventory of items/products we shoppers are used to , but dollar tree is finally upgrading it's items and products, so there has been some changes but for the good so far. “I like that this store is listed as a department store. I haven't done enough price comparison to find out if Dollar General has lower prices so I basically go to the one that is easier for me to access based on the traffic and what side of the street I'm on. Sometimes I wonder if the stuff that is worth a damn is actually standard grocery store price but what the hell. The most terrible thing about this store is that they have those big long metal things sticking out of the top of the grocery carts. First, those things make me feel like I'm pushing a bumper car around the store. Second, it is both embarrassing and frustrating to attempt leaving the store when the metal pole catches on the top of the door. I suppose that is the price you have to pay for really low prices in an area where a shopping cart is a potential home on the street. I think they have more than one register but they only ever have one open. If they had an extra employee they could double as a cashier/cart lackey.”

“Love it. I use dollar tree for all my marketing projects and events. I shop at various locations. I will however advise they pay better than currently paying. Associates never happy always have an attitude as if how dare I go through their line. That's an indicator of unhappy staff. I do my best to compliment and praise but they could care less. Customer service is almost non-existent. Merchants need to do better at training and showing appreciation for hard work.”
