“I love this Trader Joe’s. The employees are mostly super friendly and they have great selections of produce and flowers!
It does get pretty busy during peak hours where it’s hard to move around, and occasionally the staff who is stocking things act like it’s an annoyance that you’re shopping where they see stocking shelves.”
“I stopped in on Sunday after visiting the Library and a coffee shop to grab some items for a salad and this location felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the one closer to my home. It was way less crowded and the walk around downtown was nice. I never got her name but the cashier (she looked to be in her 20s, brunette, long hair, bangs) was absolutely amazing! She told me about the parking validations next time I visit. You can tell she really enjoys her job and was full of positive energy. I probably only come downtown once a month, but I will definitely be returning 😊”

“Delicious sandwiches and friendly owner. Great selection of items. Fair prices for Austin that is. But the place needs a good cleaning everything was very dusty looking. Also more seating outdoors would be nice.”
“Love Trader Joe’s and especially this location! They always have really great products like their chili lime tortilla chips and their chai concentrate but today they went above and beyond! I asked which were better -peanut butter cups or almond butter cups -and they said why don’t you try both for free! So they were super sweet and made my day! Highly recommend! Peanut butter for the win btw”

“This store is unbelievable, I had no idea, so clean and organized, they didn’t have HEB’e, where I lived prior to this….I wouldn’t shop for groceries anywhere else, if I didn’t need the other items that Walmart offers, one -stop shop! Prices are better too Employees are friendly, you can actually find someone if you have a question, unlike the competitors!! Employees seem to be happy working there!!! There’s also ALWAYS A MGR. , (normally Justin, when I’m shopping) around to help and he makes sure after dark, that ppl are safe in the parking lot!!!! Highly recommend!!!!”

“What an utter gem! Quality, well-curated products make shopping here a pleasure. It’s amazing the selection they have assembled in a relatively small space. Kudos to Raj, his beer-guru partner, and the staff for the informative and friendly service. I wish there were more shops like this in the world! So glad that I discovered this one.”
“I just had banana bread delivered to me ( I am in the hospital).
Sprouts banana bread is absolutely the best banana bread I have ever had.
It is even better than my own!”
“I get their corn tortillas at Aguilars Meat market in Harlingen I fry them in beef tallow and eat them like chips best that I have found at a reasonable price and no preservatives and just plain real ingredients.”
“I went to Central market today to specifically get deli meat and cheese. I was helped by an extremely kind & helpful individual behind the meat counter. His name was Paul and he really helped me make the perfect choices for my lunch sandwiches!
He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I truly appreciate him making my experience there at Central Market awesome! Thank you.”

“Wheatsville Food Co-op is an absolutely wonderful grocery store that stands out for all the right reasons. The selection of fresh, organic and locally sourced products is outstanding and you can feel good about every purchase you make here. The store is always clean, well organized and stocked with a fantastic variety of produce, bulk goods, prepared foods and specialty items that you simply cannot find elsewhere. The staff is genuinely friendly, helpful and passionate about the co-op community values that make this place so special. Shopping here feels meaningful and the quality of everything they carry is consistently excellent. Wheatsville Food Co-op is a true Austin institution and I could not recommend it more highly.”

“Outstanding eastern European market, has a lot of spices and specialties from Ukraine, Poland, Russia, and Slovakia.
Prices are fair, quality is very good.”
“World Food & Halal Market is Austin's go-to halal grocery since 1999, and they deliver on quality. This family-owned shop specializes in zabiha halal meat—their lamb and goat selections are consistently fresh and properly cut, earning devoted customers who won't shop elsewhere. The spice selection is extensive and prices are competitive compared to other halal markets in the area. They stock a wide range of South Asian and Middle Eastern products including Indian and Pakistani groceries, brands you won't find easily elsewhere, and seasonal items like Pakistani mangos. The store is organized, clean, and wheelchair accessible. Staff are friendly and will special-order items if not in stock. One unique feature: they also sell Indian and Pakistani clothing and custom jewelry. Located in North Park Shopping Center next to the YMCA with ample parking. Open daily 10 AM to 8 PM. If you're shopping for quality halal meat and authentic international groceries, this is the established choice in North Austin.”
“LOVE H.E.B. It was my first time here and the southern hospitality is a real thing!! Alison and Emma are amazing and so sweet. Also the food is delicious and the prices were great. Definitely coming back! Jayme the bartender is so sweet and can whip up a good drink. I love this place.”

“One of the very few Indian grocery stores in Austin which is very well organized!
The ambiance is good! Very customer friendly! The service is so cool!
I visited last Sunday. We were looking for a particular Deep brand sweet lime pickle. I asked a gentleman to find it for us. He looked for it & said it’s out of stock.
Two days later, as I just entered the store, he reached up to me and said, “the pickle you were looking for is here! “
I was pleasantly taken aback! :)) for someone to even remember what the customer is looking for.
That’s paying attention to detail. Well done! His name is Mr. Santosh. I hope the store owners appreciate and recognize you!! Unless you are the owner… that’s cool too! :))
The vegetables are all arranged well. Very fresh. They were continually checking if there’s any rotten produce to be thrown away.
The namkeens were all arranged well in a full section.
The spices, lentils, organic stuff, grains, utensils etc. Everything is organized so well!! Very well lit aisles. All within reach.
I am sure to visit again! :))
Enjoyed shopping here!
Ria”
“Lots & lots of fresh produce, flowers & everthing to enjoy healthy eating & living well. Aisles are small, yet full of all the food, whole natural food.
I'm a bus driver & I was on a trip & needed a broom to sweep the bus (because someone didn't put a broom on the bus before I had to drive it) I was close by so I tried there since I looked it up on my phone. I asked a lady who worked there & no they do not carry brooms. They carry cleaning products, but no brooms.”
“I had a really good experience here. I moved to the neighborhood about a month ago and popped in here. Zak was so kind and informative about the business and about the folks who collaborated with lots of love to curate a beautiful business. Very charming grocery products and little gifts here and there. I saw stuff for babies and pets as well. This is a specialty place. Not a 711. It's going to reflect that in the prices period. I loved it. While I can't do my weekly grocery shopping here I can definitely go enjoy the vibes and pick up a cool artisan chocolate bar or many other gorgeous products they offer. They even had organoc kewpie mayo! That made me so happy as an organic junky! Thank you for being there! It's truly a work of art ✨”

“Absolutely love Natural Grocers, have been going for many years. Just came to this location for the first time though since the location out by me closed (arbor walk/mopac). So sad to see that location has closed but was so so happy to have met Lala and Ansie at this location! So helpful, so sweet and knowledgeable. This will be my new location for all things produce, grocery, and supplements. The store was clean and inviting! Ansie also walked me through the store since it was my first time at this location and also was helpful in pointing out recommendations based on our conversation. Thank you, Lala and Ansie; it was so wonderful to have met you! -Michelle”
“The price of gas is usually the lowest in the area. It's busier now that gas has skyrocketed, so the line is longer, but faster than at Costco! I like that they have windshield cleaning squeegees.”
“Great store and staff. Raven who works here was awesome and helped my roommates and I, who are moving, gather boxes that would otherwise be thrown out. Thank you Raven and thank you Sprouts!”
“It’s good. If you want quality, a smaller store feel, and friendly staff, Sprouts is great. Limited selection of some items; it’s not HEB. Example: don’t expect to find quilted Northern Angel soft toilet paper - you’re gonna be wiping with sandpaper recycled single ply that’s good for the environment, but the produce and meat are great.”
“Came this store on my way back to where I live. I remember the store in north Austin when I was a kid where i went with my mom. I got a few items and I love both locations. People who worked at both locations are always friendly and helpful to help me. I would highly recommend this store if you want Japanese food. The origi always been my favorite food when I come there.”
