However, some service issues are noted, including phone calls not being answered, difficulty with curbside pickup, and occasional delivery mix-ups where items are not brought directly to a specific room despite requests. While sometimes the delivery problem is attributed to a third-party driver, the inconsistency is a point of feedback.
