The location that made the arrangement now uses UberEats for their deliveries. I was sending the order to my husband for our anniversary. It was selected that it was a business, so delivery before 5pm. I was not able to track the order because delivery is through UberEats, so I called the location at 1pm and was told to call back around an hour later to check the status because it was still at the store and hadnât been picked up yet. I then tried to call back at 2:45pm, no answer and was prompted to leave a voicemail. I waited until 3pm to call back, no answer. I contacted my husband, now obviously ruining the surprise to ask if he had gotten a delivery, nothing. I called the location again and every 15 minutes after that until 4:30pm when they finally answered again. I was told that the delivery had JUST gotten picked up and was on the way, should be there in 20 minutes. I was on the phone with my husband until 5:40pm when it finally arrived!! My husband gets off work at 5pm⌠the customer service at this location is terrible, not empathetic, and just plan irresponsible. Definitely need a new manager or someone that has better time management because there should have been no need for me to have to contact them from 1pm-4:30pm and waste my time at work to make sure of a delivery that is definitely not cheap. Edible Arrangements is not what they use to be, especially with store locations that clearly show they donât care.

AWFUL! I placed a delivery in the morning for same day delivery and paid the fee. The order was never delivered, I called the store several times and left a voicemail for an update, no answer and no call back. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE! I still haven't heard back as they tried to send a notification the order was delivered around 5:30PM (never received). I also checked that this was a business so the order would be delivered BEFORE 5PM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will never place an order here again. Update: Even worse, the owner never picks up the phone, the customer support line also never answers. I still havenât received any update or refund. Update: Still no contact from the owner or customer support

Iâm super happy with the experience from this location! Unfortunately we had ordered for delivery for a client, come to find out this location uses uber eats to deliver due to new management. Saden to say the uber eats driver did take our arrangement. However the lovely ladies were able to remake it for us and it all worked out in the end!

I ordered an edible arrangement for Mother's Day to include a bouquet and candle. The items never got delivered. I have called the store repeatedly, no answer. I have called customer service, also no answer or response. I live in El Paso and my mom in Austin and she never received her gift. I have yet to hear back from anyone and I spent well over $100 dollars on the order. How disappointing. I will never recommend or buy from this company again.

I went into the store and was so glad I did. I was greeted and well attended. I was valued as a customer and the staff were professional and proud and excited to help me make my sisterâs birthday special, festive and also Yum!!!

Honestly, had a rocky start when I first ordered. I was able to communicate and meet up with one very helpful store manager, Juston O., because of a little mixup (uber) but he was able to help me. Thank you so much Juston, you made this gift a success and faithful customer.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband pre-order an arrangement (over $170 worth) days before Valentines Day. I work at a texas school so the end of my work day is latest 4:30pm.
I never received my delivery, he never received any notifications.. no phone calls, whenever he tried to call, went straight to voice mail... horrible service and horrible customer service. He was finally able to reach out to someone and asked for a refund. Even at that, they didn't even officer an apology or anything. Don't waste your time and money.

I placed an order on 2/12 for 2/13 and the order was NEVER delivered. I called the location and asked if it would be delivered today and was told they have a lot of orders and promised me the order would be delivered. Of course they closed without calling to update me. A courtesy call would have been nice! Iâve called them at least 8 times this morning for a refund because at this point I donât want it and definitely donât trust them. I shouldâve read the reviews before choosing this store.
Update: called customer service from a different phone number and was able to speak with an agent who put in a request for a refund! The store still has not answered their phone.

Do Not use this Business at this location.
The worst edible arrangement location I have ever seen!
They did not deliver my order but yet they charged me $168.91 and they will not answer their phones or return a message.
Horrible place!!!!!
