Had no problem with homeless or cleanliness like some of the other comments mention. The former management was disorganized, but the new management, Jo, is excellent, and I'd recommend it.

units no real issues, pretty high fees that aren't rent. RBS which is utilities has costs they don't tell you about, so expect another 200 on top of energy
I had issues with post move out but the property manager communicated well and helped to make things right.
