About Extended Stay America - Austin - Downtown - Town Lake
The Extended Stay America - Austin - Downtown - Town Lake offers a convenient and reasonably priced accommodation option for visitors to the city. The rooms are decent, with a kitchen feature that allows guests to prepare their own meals. The location is excellent, with easy access to popular attractions like South Congress and Zilker Park. However, the hotel could benefit from some remodeling, as the bathrooms show signs of wear and tear.
The staff is a highlight, with the front desk personnel and maintenance crew described as friendly and helpful. One employee, Olivia, is particularly praised for her exceptional customer service, making the check-in process both efficient and enjoyable. While the hotel may not be a luxury destination, it provides a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking a budget-friendly option in the heart of Austin.

The lobby doors on the left side are easy to open. The right side doors are easy if you push the handicap switch.
