Slater was excellent. He called me within 5 minutes of me renting a unit online, offered me the option of Bluetooth lock or key lock, and walked me to my unit to show me how the Bluetooth lock worked. Excellent customer service, clean unit, easy access. All in all I highly recommend.

The online set up was very easy, all well explained. The app is very functional. The 24 hr kiosk was very helpful when I had a question.
