Such a positive experience storing my belongings at this location. Easy to get in and out of, INCREDIBLY clean, friendly staff, and there were ALWAYS carts available and in the correct location so you didn’t have to go searching around. The digital access, especially to my unit specifically, made entering a breeze and made me feel even more secure. Slater was very helpful and friendly from the moment I rented to the day of move out. He answered all of my questions and prides himself on customer satisfaction. Will definitely rent here again if ever needed. 10/10 experience!!

Extra Space Storage on Brodie Lane has been a great experience. The facility is clean and well kept, the location is easy and convenient to access, and the staff are great to work with. The store manager, Slater, went above and beyond at every turn for the 13 months I leased a unit here. He was my point of contact for everything along the way, and is someone who takes pride in his work. It’s a rare experience to find that in Austin these days.
If you need storage help in this area I can’t imagine there is a better place or person to find it with. Highly recommend.

Great experience! This was the first time I had the need for an offsite storage unit. Having researched several local storage facilities, I found that Extra Space was the most helpful in providing me with information to help guide me through the process of leasing a unit. I had originally settled on a smaller unit, but found that I needed one a bit larger. Slater was very accommodating and was able to set me up with exactly what I needed. The transfer was flawless and the move-in was seamless. Slater was very thorough with explaining all terms, conditions and costs up front. The entire process was handled efficiently as well as professionally. The property is very well managed and super clean. I feel confident that my personal belongings are safe and secure. I needed storage for a couple of months & chose this location as it’s close. I started the reservation online then completed it with Slater who helped me figure out what size unit I needed. I dropped by to see where the unit was & Slater was so helpful showing me how to access the area & my actual unit. A month or so later, I decided to extend my rental for another 4-6 months and again Slater was so helpful going over the various options. He is so professional & obviously cares about his clients. Great job Slater, they are lucky to have you at Extra Space Storage !!

Superb experience onboarding. Called desperate for a 24 hr access unit and the service rep treated me like family and found the perfect unit. I was pulling in with my stuff in less than 30 minutes with my phone app opening the gate like I was a VIP. 5 stars ⭐️

Very helpful staff and clean units. I was extremely impressed with how clean all of the hallways and elevator looked. I was also impressed with the service and the assistance. I switched over from my old unit to extra space storage because of the quality of staff and how nice the units looked. The prices are reasonable and I am glad I got rid of my old unit that I had with a different company, the old storage unit was overcharging me so I'm glad I switched over to extra space storage. Thanks for all the help Slater. Moving is hard but you guys made it a little easier. I will definitely be recommending you guys to anybody in the area that needs a storage unit.
