Excellent security - requires code to enter the building and then a code to access the elevator. I thought I had lost my code so went into the office and interacted with Keya. Not only was she a delight and so helpful I was honestly shocked that it was open - I have been multiple times and no one around. She's a great representative for Extra Space!

The place is great--clean and very secure and I really enjoyed interacting with, who I believe is their store manager, Keya. She's great--very helpful, communicative, and friendly.
The reason for a 4 star review vs a 5, is that this location seems under-staffed and it's been difficult for me to get there at the right time when someone's in the office, which has been a little frustrating for me. But, once I did get into the front office, Keya helped to talk me through my concerns and fix anything that needed to be changed.
I'd definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage location.

My company stores some of our supplies at this location. I'm in and out a lot. The manager Keya. She's always there, and always very helpful.
