Hours: Fifth Generation Inc, also known as Tito's, is a business location where truck drivers pick up and deliver loads. The process requires drivers to first go to the staging area, found at 9250 Blocker Lane or by searching for "5th generation staging" on a map. Drivers must check in with the guards at the staging area, who are described as great, polite, fast, nice, patient, and friendly. All guards carry firearms. Upon arrival, drivers fill out paperwork and provide information including name, PU number, truck and trailer numbers with license plates, MC number, and DOT number. They then wait for a text message with a gate and door assignment, often Gate 4. For pickups, arriving early is recommended as they are taken right away, with loading starting at 7 AM. For deliveries, drivers should not arrive too early. The loading and unloading is quick and fast, often taking less than an hour once at the door. The staff inside are also very nice and helpful. Drivers must accept the weight of their load from the shipping clerk before loading, as they are responsible for knowing their truck's capacity and cannot return to rework the load once accepted. The load is positioned to the front of the trailer. There is no scale on the property. Overnight parking is allowed at the staging area, which has open space and portable toilets. If the staging area is full, there are alternative parking options nearby. Strict rules include no pictures or cellphones, and drivers must turn in any firearms at the guard shack upon entering, retrieving them after the pickup or delivery. A waiver must be signed making the driver responsible for any damage. When exiting, drivers use a different route from Gate 4 to the exit shack.
