Don’t bother setting up an appointment at this place, it’s doesn’t matter if you have one or not. It’s first come first serve and they’ll make you wait 3 hours for a simple oil change. Always short staffed and poorly managed.

they were really nice and told me the full truth about my vehicle problem. And even were nice enough not to charge me for the inspection. Will definitely be coming back. If you've had a bad experience with firestone before, give these guys a chance. they really seem to care

I went in today for an alignment and was met with such laziness and unprofessionalism. I never write reviews, especially negative ones but I feel the need to here. I checked in at about 8:45am. I wanted an alignment, which was free based on my 1 year warranty and for check up of the suspension, brakes, ete. After waiting for three hours, I had to ask the status of my vehicle. Only to be told the alignment didn't need to be done because it's my tire rods, than I have already replaced and the other services could be done but I would have to wait even longer because they were "busy." The issue is, they didn't get to my vehicle and didn't want to timely because I wasn't paying for the service so my car was treated differently. They said they hooked up my car to the computer and it showed all green but then how would they have know the tire rods were bad since they did no further inspection? I wasted part of my day. Nothing got completed on my vehicle because of the unwillingness to give my car attention. My car is pulling to the right. No test drive was done. It just shows the unprofessionalism and the lack of service. I came in with the same vehicle last year and I paid the $140 for alignment. I received good service then. If I'm not a paying customer, I shouldn't expect customer service. In addition, there's no way my tire rods are the issue as I have replaced them. I don't appreciate being treated differently and like I have no common sense.

Do not. I repeat- do not take your car here. I took it here years ago and had a great experience everytime. I don’t know what’s changed but it is awful now. I dropped it off at 930 for a simple oil change. I was told 1.5-2 hours. 5 hours later- I’m still here and STILL WAITING. Im offered no answers, no urgency, no were sorry it’s taking so long, NOTHING. All I see are guys standing buy, taking hits of their vape pens and doing lazy work. I am BEYOND disappointed and frustrated. If this location is closed by the end of the year I won’t be surprised.

Don’t bring your vehicles here. Came in for diagnostic service and coolant fluid exchange. Mechanic drove my jeep over a bolt while in the shop. Firestone won’t take accountability for destroying my tire and I’ll have to buy a whole new tire. Never coming back here.

I recently bought a BMW M4 through Carvana, had my personal mechanic inspect the vehicle to make sure everything was in order, he said the two front tires had dry rot that needed to get replaced, and all four rotors needed to get replaced. When I told Carvana about the issue, they told me I needed to have the car inspected through an in-network service provider of SilverRock (Carvana’s third party insurance) and that the service provider (this particular Firestone) will make a claim to SilverRock. Immediately I got attitude from the staff telling me they’re NOT going to fix anything if SilverRock doesn’t cover it, and that it’s MY responsibility to call them to find out. Firestone and SilverRock have a contract and it’s Firestone’s job to contact SilverRock, the staff is just ignorant about the policy.
I lent my car to them at 7 AM, and didn’t hear anything until around 3 PM. When I finally called, they told me they tried calling me at 8 AM, but my voicemail was full and they couldn’t get through to me. I had other people call me throughout the day, and I even got a voicemail from a dental practice, so obviously Firestone’s phones don’t work, or they don’t know how to use their phones. At least one other review here has the same complaint.
They told me I needed a wheel alignment, but that my tires and rotors are fine, and SilverRock won’t cover the alignment. I decided to get a third opinion. I drove the car over to the BMW dealership, and it so happens that the rotors were perfectly fine and my mechanic misdiagnosed them because BMW makes them a peculiar way which is uneven but supposedly enhances the car’s performance. However, they agreed the two front tires had dry rot and needed to get replaced. I called Firestone back and they told me the dry rot is no cause for concern and it’s not severe enough to file a claim. I asked the technician if he thought it was worth it for me to pay for the front tires even if they weren’t covered through insurance and he told me “if it makes YOU feel better,” in quite a condescending tone.
I took the car back to BMW so they could file a claim for the dry rot over to SilverRock and lo and behold they covered it entirely! So, three different parties (my mechanic, BMW, and SilverRock) all agreed I had an issue with my tires, but Firestone denied there was any issue and wouldn’t even bother to file a claim to the insurance for the tires just to see if they would cover anything.
Rude, short tempered, incompetent, and unhelpful! That was my experience of this particular Firestone.

I had a 8am appointment for oil change and inspection. Upon arrival and.check in at 7:45am they tell me noon ish completion. Wow. 4 hrs for inspection and oil change. Finally done.at 12:15pm.
Seriously..with an appointment, no way customers should have to wait this long. Then.whats the point? I could have drive to Cedar Park, no appointment, had oil changed and inspection, and.been done by 10am...easy.
Price was great...but wow.

Terrible service. I tryed to get in for a simple inspection and was told I would need to wait 5 to 6 hours by a terrible sales woman at the front desk. Refused to even look me in the eye when trying to fleece me. Said I could drop it off and come back later. For an inspection that takes less then 15 minutes! Yeah right! Called a competitor 3 blocks away and got in and out in less then 15. This place is super busy and doesn't have time for walk ins. You better schedule a week or 2 in advance if you want to try here. Terrible service.

The reason I give them one stars , The lady Verbally said it will take me an hour and a 1/2 to fix the flat . But what Actually happened was. They started on the 3 people who arrived after I did and got on the list so after 2 hours I left.... No apologies and no explanation of why they worked on the people's car who came after me.... Very disappointed to say the least

I recently took my car in, my breaks were squeaking off and on. They had been replaced under 2 years ago and barely put any miles on my car. They quoted me for $8,106.92 worth of work that had to be done RIGHT AWAY! I took my car to Dave’s Ultimate Automotive, thankfully they were able to help me out quickly. I only had one recommended repair. I used to go to the Firestone in South Austin. Always get a second opinion and even probably a 3rd. Absolutely horrific experience and will never return again!

Horrible experience. Was told the tire I purchased last year was still under warranty by two different people that both reviewed my previous invoice. When I arrived I was told it would be a few hours so I ordered a Lyft home. As soon as I got home I received a call that it was not in fact under warranty , when I asked why the receptionist told me it was because my mileage was too high. I asked, doesn’t 55,000 mileage warranty pertain to mileage on the specific tire? I was over 55,000 mileage for my vehicle last year when I bought the tire. She said no, it’s for the total mileage of your vehicle. This is factually incorrect so I asked to speak to someone else. They rudely told me I wasn’t covered because the damage was road induced. Ok that’s fine, but why did I waste my entire day, and $40 in Ubers when I wasn’t covered to begin with. Now, one week later, I have two additional flats, caused by screw and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were responsible. Just don’t go.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is a very central location so understandably busy but have only needed to leave vehicle no more than one night and it is ready for pick up the next day.
