Mike at Firestone did an excellent job. He had great customer service went above and beyond to make sure we got the tires we wanted. Will definitely recommend and be back. only had one tire in stock went out of their way to get the other three from another store and still had our car in and out and less than two hours. Outstanding!!!!

No pressure to purchase something I didn't come for. A relaxed atmosphere and would definitely recommend Firestone to all Americans who just want the truth and quality service.

We have used Firestone for years and this location has been the location that has taken the best care of what we need. I live close to Bastrop and will gladly drive to the Arbor Walk location! Service has only gotten better since Rhone became the manager. They are always willing to answer questions I have and help me out the best way they can.

Today was my first time at Firestone and it's honestly the best auto shop I've been to. Professionalism is peak. They even handled an irate guy in the lobby angry about his wait with patience and kindness. So wonderful

The new manager Rhone Blanton is incredibly nice! Stopped by without an appointment and he answered all of my questions and helped me get the service I needed.. on a Sunday! As someone who feels like they often get taken advantage of at mechanics, his kindness and being up front put me at ease is what normally is a stressful situation. I usually go to Pep Boys, but I think I’ll be going to this shop going forward (:

Easy to setup appointment. Usually they start working on my car quickly when I bring it in. I have used them for Car inspection, tire rotation, wheel alignment as well as purchase of the tires. Most services are fine except Wheel Alignment which I am not sure if they do a good job. They do a rush job with wheel alignments and could be better with that specific service.

Delays cause disruptions to schedules and create unnecessary frustration. A commitment to timeliness demonstrates respect for clients' time and builds trust. Improvements in scheduling practices are necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
The emissions inspector's job needs to be seriously reviewed, perhaps terminated. Ridiculous.

the men that work at this location prioritize their work very efficiently & effectively. they were dealing with a difficult guy who was disrespectful and disrupting to the folks waiting patiently and I was one of them. the guy with colored eyewear was so good at handling a disrupting character. he not once lost his cool. I would have thrown that jerk out no matter if he had to catch his 16 hour flight! the guy with grey hair like mine is just downright ethically savvy and has handled all of my concerns by phone and multiple visits. I was a frequent visitor to MoPac and parmer location but those guys have no ethical standards and talk down to women. it was a pleasure dealing with this new crew who my tow truck driver took my ford to and I consider this surprise to my advantage because I care not to deal with unethical men. thank you for having this location open.
