FOGO CrossFit offers phenomenal coaching and excellent programming. The coaches are knowledgeable, amazing, and provide helpful feedback. It is a beautiful place with an incredibly welcoming, inclusive, and positive community. Members describe a super friendly and supportive group where everyone’s goal is to push each other. The gym provides the best workout and great value. Reviews highlight it as a great gym for people new to CrossFit or curious about trying it out, with many feeling it has helped them improve physically and mentally. The location is excellent, the vibe is loved, and the music selection is a bonus. It is a place that members are excited to be part of and absolutely recommend.
My son is building major confidence here. There are kids in multiple levels but they find a way to make it fun for even the beginners. If you have a high energy child, give this place a try!! I’m sure you too will LOVE it!! Maestre Alex and Ed are great energy for ALL. Very patient and very encouraging.
