Ashley was extremely helpful and kind. I wasn't familiar with this location but they made me feel at home. Thank you Ashley.

Do NOT believe all of those fake commercials about customer service. Came to deposit my check after work and was met with a locked door five minutes left until close and someone inside waving at me to leave from the inside.

The people at this branch aren’t very bright. I had a situation with a deposit that could have easily been explained to me. They behaved so strangely and suspiciously and would not explain what was going on. Was trying to open an account at frost- I’ll pass.
