Galaxy Theatres Austin provides a great movie experience. The theatre is clean, quiet, and not overly crowded. The seats are very plush, comfy, and reclining, described as superior to a lazy boy. The screen is intense and the sound is incredible. The concessions are supreme with standard prices, including beer and wine, and the staff is chill, pleasant, and wonderful. There is easy parking and not a ton of garbage ads before the movie. The theatre can get very cold, which is perfect for some. It offers Discount Tuesdays and college student discounts. Seasonal movies are played for the holidays. It is a highly recommended favorite and the best in the heart of Austin.
