GirlPower Fitness offers in-person personal training and online personal training for women. My goal is to help you move without pain, feel proud of yourself when you look in the mirror, and have confidence knowing that you’re strong and amazing. I want to help you feel empowered. My Online Personal Training program is for all women who want to take better care of themselves but can't find the time or energy. I create a completely customized program for you and provide accountability every step of the way. In-Person Personal Training takes place at my studio in Austin, Texas. I started GirlPower Fitness to give women a safe and encouraging space to get healthier and stronger, and I'd love to talk to YOU about your goals!
Whitney is amazing to work with! She always has helpful tips about certain foods or how to get through the holidays. She's a great motivator and cheerleader, she makes you feel great about your progress! The workouts are actually enjoyable too, which is always a major bonus.
