Denise and the front desk staff at golds are the literal BEST! I love working out at this location

Gym is a real value. employees aren't miserable like other gyms and whoever is running the place knows how to run this type of brand; needs to be promoted to train all the GMs nationwide if Gold's Brand wanted to capitalize on re strengthening their Brand again; which in my opinion has dropped but not here

This would be the perfect gym if the water situation was fixed. Barely any water comes out of the main water fountain near locker rooms. It's 2024, PLEASE install a filtered water bottle refill station.
Updated Review July 2025: I really love the old school vibe of the gym. Water situation is improved.
