3 days after my med pickup, they had a robot call me to thank me for buying meds from them and ask me to continue doing so. No person on the other line, just an automated message that hangs up after it finishes ??? How is that a good use of anyone's time ????

This is an excellent H-E-B pharmacy, and it is open later than most. It is well stocked and has decent prices, but if you need to, you can look up the prices on GoodRX and those are often excellent.

Horrible experience at close at pharmacy.. Medicine gave my daughter bloody diarrhea, doctor called in New prescription. Needed it, arrived at 601 to a very rude no we are closed. We cant give it to you. My goodness a minute, literally 601. My 2 year old needed this medicine. It was hard leaving her , she is not feeling well.
Where is the empathy or the concerns. Will not shop here any longer. Also called early with the other prescription. And the lady that picked up was very rude and unprofessional.

There is something severely wrong with a pharmacist, and also a pharmacy MANAGER when they are willing to talk down to you like you are a child, medically gaslight you and try to speak to you like they know what your diagnoses are when they have no idea how many diagnoses you have or what all you are taking a medication for. There's no sense of humanity or even remote kindness here. I will say this when someone is complaining that they have a UTI and are trying to get a medication for it, they were treated rude in that review, and I had two urinary system issues that I was getting a medication for it shows that they have a profiling agenda against that type of sickness. The employees are all severely burnt out and need to go find another job somewhere else in another field. They picked the one though, because I used to work insurance and I was so very happy to file the grievances with my insurance as well as the Texas State pharmacy board. May the odds ever be in your favor, and have the days you deserve.

Very nice and patient pharmacist ???. They are always there to help us with very good explanations. The staffs are super kind , nice and patient. Love it. ?

I have used this for about 10 years for all my prescriptions. I like that they send alerts when prescriptions are ready for pick-up.
Wait times are unpredictable, but staff is always helpful.

They never send alerts when your meds are ready. They never answer the phone when you call to see if your meds are ready. The two stars are for the convenience of being able to grabs groceries when you are there.

I rushed out of work and drove through bad weather to try to get medication for a UTI and when I approached the line it was blocked off and a heb employee was standing there. There was a customer checking out so I was confused. The employee was like were closed. And I was like what? Keep in mind somebody was checking out. She repeated herself in a nasty tone we close at 6. So I took out my phone and looked at clock it was 6:01. I was like it's 6:01. And she doubled down and was yeah and we close at 6. Unbelievable I was absolutely there she could have at least been nice about it or asked if it was ready for pick up? OR REALLY ANYTHING. Which it was. Terrible customer service.

I’m posting this to compare my experience to all the bad reviews, this pharmacy is extremely busy but they always have two people working the register and they always fill my prescription as soon as they can, I’ve never had any issues. These people are doing the best they can, it is an extremely high volume pharmacy so give them some grace!
