I left out of the drive thru today very disappointed. I pulled up and I pressed the button to alert the pharmacist I was there. The lady asked if I needed help? Like yes but she began to tell me how she’s the only person at the pharmacist and give her sometime which I really didn’t understand why she was telling me that because I was in no way trying to rush her. I just thought it was simple protocol to press the button when you arrive to let them know like hey I’m here. But she was very rude to me and I hadn’t said a word to her. I thought wow that’s really strange because I used to pick my medication up here all the time and no one has ever spoken to me like that before. The lady was stressed out and that had nothing to do with me. I don’t like to be mistreated and I will not stand for it. Also I noticed she spoke to all of the other customers with respect given they were all of a different race than I was. She was an Indian lady and management really needs to speak to her about her behavior when she’s handling customers.

We absolutely love H-E-B Pharmacy! The staff is always warm, helpful, and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell they care about their customers. The service feels personal and genuine, so much better than big chain pharmacies. It's like having a local team that's part of the family. Highly recommend!

After being referred to the meuller heb by another heb (bluestein), when *they* didnt have my medication, Iturned in my prescription at mueller, which the intake person entered into the system and then told me to pick up in an hour... I came back an hour later to find that they didn't have the medication either, which would have cost $130. I then had to buy the name brand for $265. After going to 2 hebs. This felt like a rip-off. The person who took my prescription at mueller should have been able to tell me this so i could have had time to go to a third heb. Or I should have been offered the medication for the generic price. But no, instead they ripped me off for a medication i needed immediately. Dont trust them, they are just as incompetant and scammy as everyone else.

The layout of the wait line etc is not as good as other heb pharmacies. It feels kind of cramped. Also the hours are not good. Closing at 5 on a Sunday? Crazy!

I’m a military veteran that has several health issues. I was told by another HEB that I could buy my syringes at this location. I raced over here before they closed just so they could tell me they’d only sell me the syringes if I filled my prescriptions with them. Now I have to go without my shot today and my bloodwork is going to be all out of wack. No understanding or compassion at all from the staff. Never again.

I messed up today and forgot to update my doctor’s office that I no longer use this location. This place is severely understaffed. Expect to wait at least 40+ minutes in the drive-thru. I pray I never have to visit this location again! Beyond frustrated and agitated. I know HEB does not care, but you have no idea how frustrating it is to wait in a drive thru for almost 45 minutes for medications!

They are, by far, the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy staff I’ve encountered in Austin. I made a mistake and they had no incentive to help me fix it, but they got it done without delaying service to the rest of their waiting clients. When we’ve had trouble finding medications, they have been quick to help us find another HEB pharmacy that had what we needed and transferred the prescription immediately. Thank you for serving our community with exceptional customer service.
