This pharmacy has been wonderful! They have longer hours and do not close for lunch, which is very convenient. Mark has been very helpful on several occasions when dealing with refill and insurance issues. Everyone is always polite and helpful!

HEB Pharmacy has discriminatory practices when simply trying to refill prescriptions issued by my doctor. I was spoken to rudely and denied a 90 day supply of my medication. I was told to complain to corporate. People are so unnecessarily inconsiderate these days. I moved all of my prescriptions to Walmart and had zero problems. I suggest everyone move there where they respect patients.
Update: HEB’s below reply is empty - I have already filed a formal complaint with HEB corporate and may refer the matter to my attorney
Update II: after three weeks zero action from HEB. Definitely not using their pharmacy again.

Employee has lack of ambition to serve the customer and that’s enough for me to go elsewhere for my needs. If it was one time I could understand that but it’s every time I have been helped by this employee.

HEB Pharmacy at Four Points has such kind pharmacists and techs. Many of them remember you and they're friendly. Thank you to THIS pharmacy for being exceptional in service, concern and consistency.

4 point HEB Pharmacy, is patient and kind they work with you they’re always pleasant to talk to when I go into the store they have a happy environment I’ve gone to other HEB‘s which I will not name but they did not have the hospitality that the 4 Points H-E-B pharmacy has .. I don’t know who’s running the show but whoever is congratulations you’re doing a great job.

Not the best. The guy I spoke to was very short with his response/lack there of. I was requesting to prepay my prescription he said to use the app. I explained that I don’t have the rx# to do so. He went silent, explained nothing (leaving me thinking the line dropped) and passed me off to the lady who was actually helpful. Unfortunately, both failed to mention that HSA/FSA is not accepted on the app at this time and that I could prepay over the phone with an HSA card (which I found out later when I called the H‑E‑B pharmacy app support line) That being said, the service here is usually fine but would be nice to have these folks take 2min to ensure a positive and informed experience.

I was placed on hold for 40 minutes twice!! They just forgot that I was on hold and then they stopped answering the phone when hung up and called back.

Employees must be understaffed because they are always short fused and pretty rude. Prescriptions are rarely filled on time and everything has gone downhill with this location.
