They would have had a 5 start rating. They were kind considerate and respectful my instructions. But today I was on hold over 30 mins right before they were closed. I was charging who could pick up my medicine and they never answered! Just hung up the phone. Too bad for me. Oh well I'm almost 50 nothing will happen to me. It's not like I was just in the hospital yesterday and needed those meds and I had to jump through hoops to get to and now I don't have them...Too bad, too sad, too late! Who cares, anymore, I don't!

Is a really bad quality service. Almost you need to request a day off to pick up your prescription. They want to give you that. When they want... I have a long schedule job... so... 1 day before is not a big deal I think...🤷🏻♂️

Security needs to do better at checking on curbside spots. I spent about 10 minutes going in circles waiting for a curbside spot to open. Meanwhile people NOT doing curbside came out of the store and loaded their things while parked on the clearly signed curbside spots. That is super ridiculous.

Always out of basic items, registers constantly freeze/error out and have to be restarted, and staff constantly tell me differing/wrong information. Really frustrating

My experience here was very positive and professional. I was instructed by my doctor to get a blood test and they gave me an order for betterway blood testing. When I looked at locations around Austin I saw this H-E-B pharmacy as an option. I got my blood collected from my finger and the whole process was quick and easy. I appreciated the friendly H-E-B staff and liked that they had this service available.

They really need someone, management, Anyone to review their security cameras and how their positioned, ESPECIALLY on the registers and the refill counters and counseling counters.I have been with the Slaughter HEB pharmacy for years and Never had a problem but because I was now closer to the William Cannon location, I switched and how I really regret the move.I had a new Px medication and I knew something was not right when the lady helping me showed me a bottle that said 60 pills, but she said, your insurance unfortunately does not cover for a 60 day Px so now I have to take this back and adjust the amount..?? Because this was a new Px, and I recently had a new insurance provider, I trusted her explanation but I wondered WHY they would bottle and label and then find out what the insurance would cover, anyhow, duh, she says go ahead to the counseling window but you can pay now, the amount wasn’t something I was used to, new Px, so I asked, so is this for one month? She only nodded. Also, Usually they would ASK if I needed counseling, as the doctor said quite simply take every morning but I thought New Medication, so again I waited. The same bottle was placed on the counter and the pharmacist, an older lady came and looked at me, said take once a day preferably in the morning and if I had any other questions. I said no.One month later, I ran out so I call for a refill, they said no ma’am we gave you 60 days, I explained to the lady who answered what was explained to me about the insurance covering only 30 days and was only given 30 days. I was told that since the computer SAYS you were given 60 days you need to bring your bottle in and speak to the pharmacist.the pharmacist, made me feel like a senile person and a liar at the same time even after I explained everything! He said if you want to go back to your doctor and get another Px, I stopped him and said why would I do that and on the bottle it says I have 40 more for refill. He insisted for me to go home and check if I had mistakenly put my other bottle somewhere.Oh dear Lord I was getting perturbed! I told him to please look at your cameras at the register and at the counseling area, and he still insisted that the computer shows I was given 2 bottles! I asked what did the cameras show??! He says that my back was blocking the camera!! He then said because the pills are over $900 dollars, he was hoping that I made a mistake! So I asked what did I pay for? He said you paid for 60 days which is 2 bottles, I said well I was given 1 bottle and on the bottle it says 60 pills!! After all that, he said from now on you are flagged as someone who will need a staff to come and physically count out the pills on the counter.

Overworked and under appreciated. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Everytime I've been here the staff are courteous and compassionate and they've gone above and beyond to fill prescriptions for us that they'd only just received and tried their best to remedy situations that are often times out of their control. The line is sometimes very long yes, but they manage to get to everyone even staying open past their closing time. Getting necessary medication is a big deal but a little kindness and patience goes a long way from the customer
