About Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Cedar Park-Lakeline
The Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Cedar Park-Lakeline is a hotel noted for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with particular praise for the genuine and kind service at the front desk. The rooms are consistently described as very clean, spacious, and full of amenities, offering a quiet and peaceful stay with awesome parking. It is considered a great deal for access to the suburbs, though it is not in the heart of Austin.
Many guests highlight the exceptional internet speed, perfect for those who travel for work. The check-in process is a breeze. However, the property is seen as a little dated. Some maintenance issues are noted, including uncomfortable beds that may need replacement, malfunctioning thermostats, a problematic dryer, and an elevator with very old and dirty carpet that impacts first impressions. The hotel's secluded location away from heavy traffic is appreciated, but some rooms have limited views. Overall, while it sometimes misses the usual Hampton standards, many guests highly recommend it and had an awesome time.

I couldn’t sleep all night because the air conditioner was extremely noisy. It was running very loudly throughout the night.
The shower faucet was broken.

The room and hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. Only con was the no AC on the third floor. Besides that, I would highly recommend this place!

Michael and Sammy knocked it out of the park. Stellar customer service. Had an issue with my room, and they got it dealt with and moved me with no hassle and a smile.
