“Daye was a huge help with my jack. I went to AutoZone first and was told they didn’t have the parts and that I would need to buy a whole new jack. Daye took the time to actually look at the issue and helped me figure it out. He even offered to cut a pipe to fit the handle properly and secure it so I could still use my jack.
That level of customer service is rare these days. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. Daye deserves a raise! Highly recommend this location because of employees like him.”

“I love Callahan's. Owned by a wonderful family with longstanding roots in the Bastrop, Rockne, and Austin area. One of the family members works with the chicks and was fluent in both English and Spanish. He was very knowledgeable about the different breeds. Last time that I went, they had greatly improved the living conditions of the chicks.”

“This place is great. They may not have as large of a selection that Home Depot on Mueller might but they have most of what you would need and unlike Home Depot you can find someone to help you. When it comes to actual hardware they have a far better selection than most of the big box stores and my favorite part is if you only need one screw or nut you can buy a single piece and not a bag of them.”

McCoy's had exactly what I needed. They delivered my curbs for FREE the same day! The delivery guys even helped me out and putting them in position. What great service!
