Someone stole our cards and used them to get a ride with this service. I contacted them for details in order to place a police report and never heard back. Untrustworthy.

Company ran by amateurs. Their investors should put their money towards a company that truly cares for the community and the hardworking people who make this company run. And not ask drivers/riders to delete Facebook comments just to hide their crafty ways. Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Had a terrific experience with Hitch, it's fast, affordable, reliable, and a lot of fun! Way better than the bus or driving myself!
