“Service was requested for a car transport from Florida to Arizona. Pricing was very reasonable. Scheduling occurred shortly after contract was signed. They had the car picked up on a Monday and it was in my hands on Wednesday. No issues at all with the staff or carrier. I would highly recommend their services if you are in need. No Bait and Switch. The price contracted for is the price you pay!!”

“Great experience! Our family really enjoyed it. After walking downtown, our young kids were getting a little tired. Thankfully David and his bike were there to save the day. Had an awesome tour of ATX and it was a pleasure to talk and get to know David. Thanks guys!”

“It is a great concept for people who live in the city who don't need a car everyday but it is nice to have one. Seems like a cheap monthly or yearly fee then you pick up a car and unlock with your phone to borrow it. You then need to return it to the parking spot again. It wasn't much cheaper than renting a car but the cars are more local”

“Overall, Zipcar's awesome for running errands and for road trips, but not so great for getting to work or other one-way trips. I've used Zipcar since 2007, and the service is generally reliable, inexpensive, and easy to use. I use both Zipcar and Car2Go because Car2Gos are for one-way trips and a Zipcar has to be returned to the exact space where you picked it up. The two services are priced accordingly. Car2Go is generally cheaper for 10 minute trips, while Zipcar is definitely cheaper by the hour. Zipcars start around $7.75/hour plus tax and you can book them in half or one-hour increments. Gas and insurance is included, but you have to leave the car with the tank at least 1/4 full. You just have to make sure that you will get the car back when you said you would, because it's a $50 fine if you go one minute over. I always budget at least a half hour longer than I think I will need the car, because the late fees really suck. Other pros: -You just have to have a driver's license to apply for a Zipcar account. No waiting until you're 25. -Zipcars are normal cars, not smart cars, so you can fit more stuff in them, or you can take a nice car like a Mini Cooper for a joy ride. -Zipcar trucks are great for moving furniture or moving out of your apartment. They also operate around the world, like Car2Go. -There are no service area restrictions! You can drive your Zipcar ANYWHERE. I started my Zipcar membership in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and when I lived there I drove a Zipcar to Canada, with no problems. Just call ahead of time and they'll make sure Canadian insurance is in the car. I'm not sure the same applies to Mexico, though.”

“Great concept. App works great. Super cool you can unlock the cars with your phone. And they pay for the gas for the gas card in there that's crazy! If anything it's way more convenient than going and raining one from one of the big car rentals.. I use it quite often”

“I wish there were more locations, but I'm pretty happy with the service here in Atlanta. I started using Zipcar in Boston, and kept my membership when I moved down south. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”

“(Translated by Google) Very good service, my families arrived on time and safely, but one detail, the woman who is in the Austin TX office today, March 17, 2023, was rude to my brother-in-law, he forgot his ticket at home and they sent him a photo and she told her if she could print it for her and she answered annoyed for this time she printed it for you but it's not when I want and we won't always print it for youIt was not the way to say it, so she is being paid to provide customer service if they do not feel like working and be better off leaving the job to someone who does want to work with kindness and pleasure(Original)Muy buen servicio, a tiempo y seguros llegaron mís familias pero un detalle la se mujer que está en la oficina de Austin TX hoy 17 de Marzo de 2023 fue grosera con mi cuñado a el se le olvidó su boleto en casa y le mandaron una foto y le dijo que si se lo podía imprimir y ella contestó molesta por esta vez te imprimió pero no es cuando quiera y no siempre te lo imprimiremosNo era la manera de decirlo asi ella se le esta pagando para que presté atención al cliente si no tienen ganas de trabajar y estar mejor que deje el trabajo a quien si quiera trabajar con amabilidad y gusto”

“I’m never taking a bus to SATX again — this was as easy as an Uber/Lyft ride, all at a price that’s as cheap as it gets for long-distance travel. The shipping feature is even better: $28 to get a package delivered to my sister’s door in less than 2 hours! Hitch is a game changer.”

“Purchased a Rent2Buy car from this location. Gus (Gustavo) was very helpful and forthright, provided all the info we needed to make a decision. There were a few moments of awkwardness during the paperwork, when we had to insist we don't need any of the extended warranty/service packages that Hertz was trying to sell us. But it was a good experience overall, and I would recommend working with Gus.”
