Only recently started shopping at the Sunset Valley location but have found a lot of great clothes at good prices. And Linda F. is fabulous there! She's so warm and welcoming, and it was like having my own personal shopper!

First visit to this J. Crew Factory store. Nice surprise at how nice it was and the assortment of merchandise for men. Helped by Naomi, who did an excellent ***** job!

Selection is decent though staff could be trained to acknowledge customers with a “hi, do you need help looking for anything?” as a general courtesy
