I had such an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Liz! I actually know her from visiting Apple, where she’s always been super sweet, and she would often mention that she worked at Kay. Because of her great personality, I decided to stop by—and I’m so glad I did.
I wasn’t even planning on buying anything that day, but Liz made the whole experience so welcoming and enjoyable that I ended up leaving with a beautiful bracelet. She’s genuine, personable, and really knows how to connect with people. Liz is the kind of person who makes shopping feel effortless and fun. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!

My boyfriend and I came shopping for engagement rings and worked with Liz. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and so incredibly warm!! She gave us advice for the kind of ring that I want, and showed my boyfriend options as well. Very pleasant experience!

The new store manager is very rude to employees and customers. As a customer I am writing this review because he was very rude to me and felt disrespected the way he acted towards me. He was not being professional. I will not shop at Kay's anymore as long he is a manager.

Just a tip: if you make an appointment online through the Kay website the store/employees don't get notified and won't be expecting you. In my case it was for jewelry repair.

Walked in here to buy a ring and get sized. Nice sizeable group with me that had some cash to burn.
The older lady behind the counter spent an eternity on a pedantic task, which we were fine with waiting but she didnt even welcome us in. So we waited a couple minutes and left. With 1 associate Insay avoid. 6:00PM June 25th, 2025.
Walked to another store, was sized 2 minutes after walking into their competition and bought a wedding ring and band. C'est la vie
