Liberty Pharmacy is a local business with mixed reviews. It is praised by some customers as a phenomenal pharmacy that follows legitimate science and cares deeply for its customers. Specific strengths noted include staff taking strong safety measures like using N95 masks and offering outdoor vaccinations, stocking certain medications like Novavax and other drugs that are difficult to find elsewhere during shortages, and being extremely courteous and thorough on the phone while providing helpful options. However, other reviews point to significant downfalls. Criticisms include unreliable opening hours, with the pharmacy often not opening promptly at 9 am. The service inside can sometimes feel hostile or brusque, with customers reporting bad vibes, long waits without acknowledgment, and staff appearing argumentative. A major practical downfall is that the pharmacy does not accept insurance, requiring cash payment which can make medications expensive. While they stock decent mobility products and hard-to-find medicines, the in-person service experience can be inconsistent.
Great staff, small business, local owner. I've been going to them for over a year. Sadly they do not take GoodRX.

This place never opens at 9 am, don’t come right when they open because no one will be there until at least 9:30am. Happens everytime and I always have to wait. Big downfall

The drive from our house may be long but the service and amazing pharmacists more than make up for it.
