Move out was simple but not easy. I had to call multiple times because no one pick up during designated location hours. Once I got some one on the phone told them my move out date( 10 days in advance), they informed me that Unit had to be completely emptied and cleaned for inspection by a staff member. Elevator are notoriously slow opening and closing and most dont go your designated floor, even if you punch in you code, You have to use the main Elevator by the main entrance in order to access all the floors. The restrooms will not let you in even if you use your designated code. There are only 3 carts for moving items located on the 1st Floor, which leads to a hunt for find one if you aren't lucky enough to get one.

This place is run by Jared, and he is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. My #1 concern was my stuff being safe, and this place is being very competently & safely run by Jared, & he's a GREAT guy.
I had lots of complicated changes & questions for him after a year of being here, and he helped me out and got everything taken care in an INSTANT. I was kinda worried about management not working with me on changing units/insurance/etc and it all could not have gone smoother. If you want your stuff to be in a reliable, safe, competently run storage unit facility with GREAT customer service - this is your spot! Been here a year and not leaving anytime soon. Thanks Jared!

I did the whole rental contract online. When I finished I headed to Extra Space Storage to see them. While on my way Jarad called me to touch base about what I did online. Jarad was very professional with me when I got there. He took time to show me everything. He also explained everything. Please keep Jarad at this location.

We had a great experience with Extra Storage on Airport Boulevard, largely thanks to Jared. He went out of his way to follow up after noticing that our unit appeared unsecured, just to make sure everything was properly closed out and that our account was fully taken care of.
His communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely helpful — it was obvious he cared about doing things the right way and looking out for customers. We really appreciated him reaching out and making sure there were no loose ends. Great customer service all around.
