Members can receive individualized attention and guidance from knowledgeable staff, such as Jarrod Johnson, who provides personalized stretch sessions. The club offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including Kids Academy programs, and has a clean and welcoming environment. The club has made efforts to address concerns about cleanliness and outdated equipment, and members have expressed a desire for a new, larger, and more modern club to accommodate the growing needs. The outdoor pool is nice but has a salty taste, and members are encouraged to refrain from pouring water on the sauna heaters to prevent damage. The staff are very friendly, and the group exercise program is excellent. The club is particularly good for families, as it takes care of kids and offers a great swimming experience. The sauna and spa facilities are also highly praised, and the trainers, such as Jackie, are very skilled in providing personalized services like Thai yoga sessions.
Solid location in my experience, staff is always helpful. Everything is usually clean and ready, sometimes towels are low but I won't fault that. Equipment is nearly always functional (unlike Arboretum location).

Came in for my first haircut at the Lifespa within Lifetime and Dean did a great job with my hair and beard trim! Highly recommend!!! CHOOSE DEAN!!
