It has recently gotten much worse. Between my disabled daughter being rushed out of the showers as if she was being bounced out of a bar, to the reason of her being late the poor management of the gym necessitating her to stumble dangerously between three showers to find one with a working conditier pump. And the disrespectful way guests are treated considering the amazingly high prices. I am not surprised so many others are leaving.
....
Sadly, recently the club has started to go downhill. Reduction of hours on weekends, closing the showers for two weeks to only have them reopened looking just as outdated and ugly, to not allowing access to the ADA showers for changing to people with disabilities.

Lifetime desperately needs to build a new club in Georgetown. This club is nice but seems crowded at all times of the day. Members need to stop pouring water on the sauna heaters as they often break because of that. The outdoor pool is nice but tastes like salt. It's not a saltwater pool.
I like the club but it's time for a new, larger modern club which can accommodate the need.

Swimming, weight training, pickleball, basketball.
The staff are very friendly. The group exercise program is excellent. It's good for exercising because it takes care of kids.
It's so good for kids to play in the pool. The sauna and spa facilities are great. Above all, the trainers are very good

Overall a great club. I’ve been going for over 15 years. However, they recently started charging more for pickleball yet never have spots available. They should put that money into expanding their facility.

Amazing facilities, super friendly staff, complimentary day care for your kids while you work out. One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to.

This is easily a 5+ star facility - one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The average rating of 4 stars makes me seriously question ratings in general.

Poor management of pools + Pickleball courts are always full. Apathy staff, they really don’t care the members and the situation of the gym. You can only use the facilities if you are unemployed or almost everywhere is packed after office hours.
