MAA Park Mesa is a charming community with lots of shade and serenity. Beyond the beauty of the many old oaks and the native landscaping, there's more to be found within the grounds of their luxury apartments, like two gorgeous pools and a dog park welcoming all breeds. Inside, residents adore the fireplaces, smart home technology, and modern kitchens. The repairmen/maintenance staff, Mark and Brendan, are described as knowledgeable, professional, and effective, responding quickly to any issues and working tirelessly until they are completely resolved. Both maintenance employees are always super helpful and friendly, attending to projects quickly and with a solution each time. Residents also praise the office staff, Alisha and Edyta, for their compassion and assistance, especially when one resident needed to downsize unexpectedly. The community is described as clean, with great neighbors, and a hidden gem in Northwest Hills.

I have lived at Maa park Mesa for a year. Recently unexpectedly I needed to down side. Alisha and Edyta were there to help me with options and with compassion for my situation. So very grateful. Place is clean neighbors great. Love living here

In this hot summer in Texas, came home to 79 •. Immediately called Maintenance. They responded within 30 minutes and repaired within an hour!! KUDOS!
