The store condition has deteriorated, with reports of a serious mold problem in the atrium, filthy floors and ceilings, and a feeling of dampness from old stock. The holiday item assortment appeared limited. Staff are generally described as friendly, but many seem sad or tired, often doing multiple jobs, which can make it difficult to find help. Some customers felt staff were not always willing to volunteer assistance. The overall atmosphere presents a stark difference from other department stores in the mall, with the experience feeling like a sad story compared to the brand's glory days.
A little disappointed with the layout & selection of merchandise. Many clearance markdowns making certain areas look over-saturared and similar to bargain basement shopping. Not the typical Macy's experience I've had in the past.

It was pretty picked over. Staff was nice but not necessarily helpful.

Store Condition has deteriorated over the period. Not much variety left, Old stocks give a feeling of dampness. Overall I didn't get a good feeling on my visit here.
